One Year Ago Today
One year ago today was one of the happiest days of our life. I confirmed my notions that we were finally expecting our first child. I spent all day shopping for a Lakers bib and a father to be book. I worked so hard on preparing a special dinner for Brian. It was a perfect day. We sat on the couch in tears of happiness while talking of the days to come. Such distant, yet fresh memories. Today is only a reminder of our dreams that turned into a nightmare.
